This plaque appears on a concrete pedestal near the old entrance to the zoo beside the Mesker Park Amphitheater. It was dedicated to Noble Vernon H. Bosse for his efforts in creating a playground. The date appears to be January 19, 1954 and it is believed to have been created by Honig.
