The site of the first courthouse in McLean County. These photos were taken in October, 2002. This plaque is on the front of the building. It is unknown if Honig made it, but he did create several DAR plaques. This plaque inside the building has five panels and is dedicated to those who served in World War I. The top of the plaque.
