This photo taken October 3, 2007, shows the top of the plaque. It was apparently made in three pieces. Members could not find the rest of the plaque which may be in storage.

In the Evansville Courier and Press, November 29, 2013, it was reported that a fire heavily damaged the Princeton Elks Lodge early Thursday. It was reported that 30 percent of the building was a total loss. It is not known if the top part of the plaque survived the fire.
